Food is the basic necessity of human beings and farmer is the basic key to fulfill this primary need.
Unfortunately he is ignored and neglected worldwide and is not given the resources and respect that farmer deserves.
Especially in Africa where a huge number of agricultural countries exist, Farmer is living below the poverty line.
Therefore every small farmer should be provided with technical support and inputs credit and subsidies by his/her government and quality insurance to be able to mitigate the current global challenges of economic and climate change.
