REQUIREMENTS ON .

You need to have the following documents:

1. Certificate of Business Registration from the Registrar of Companies.

2. K.R.A Pin.

3. A Bank Account.

4. Written contract with farmers for supply of produce of a certain quality and standards, unless you are producing the export crop yourself.

5. Photocopies of IDs of ALL the Directors. A photocopy of passport and work permit if a Director or Directors are foreigners.

6. Documentary evidence from your overseas clients, e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail that you are ready to start an export business.

7. Declaration of source of produce.

8. Produce packing facilities inspection report.

9. Packing and Transport inspection report.

10. Typed application forms.

11. Company stamp and Authorized signatory of applicant.
